Place the items in their original packaging or a secure shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
